How It Works

1.- Contact us and Let us know about your holidays details. We will arrange a day for a meeting. We can also arrange the first interview through Skype or by phone. Camera Off.

2.- First Meeting. You will be able to explain to us what you really want to focus in your Reality Show program. You are free to decide what to recorder during your holidays. For this last reason we will need to go through details about you and the people you are traveling with. It is a small investigation to be able to structure the body of the program. Camera Off.

3.- We will send you an e-mail with the quote of the project. It is important to say that we will be recording the trip from the very beginning. Expectations - Holidays and Conclusions are the 3 main cores of our TV Program: “5 Stars Hotel”. This is about a Private Program which just you, your family and friends will be able to watch at home.

4.- If you are still happy with our service we are ready to become the producers of your Family Reality Show Vacations: “5 Stars Hotel”. 50% of the estimated Quote has to be paid in advance.

5.- Second Meeting. We will be coming to your place to meet the people you are traveling with. Camera On. Short interviews.

6.- Day of the flight. Three of our Producers will be leaving with you from your house. You are now the Star of your own Reality Show Program.

7.- Coming home. It is important to say that our service covers a minimum of 1 to 3 days of Video Recording. 3 days are recommended to be able to create a great TV program Reality Show. If you need more days it will not be a problem for us!

Here at “5 Stars Hotel” Private Reality Show we offer a short term recording facility to cater for holidays and other special functions for up to 3 days, with prices given on a daily rate. Video Recording equipment, video crew, post-production, service, transportation and delivery is all included in the price shown below.

Long Productions
3 Days = 6000 € - 8400 $

1 Extra Day = 900 € / 1260 $

(Euro as currency of reference for world monetary transactions)

Video Recording Equipment:- 1 Camera- 2 Microphones (Shotgun and Boom pole)- 1 Tripod- Lighting Kit.

Video Crew:

Producer: supervises the physical aspects of the production (not the creative aspects) including personnel, technology, budget, and scheduling. It is the production manager's responsibility to make sure the video stays on schedule and within its budget.

Camera Operator and Director: is responsible for overseeing the creative aspects of a video, including controlling the content and flow of the video plot, organizing the locations in which the video will be shot, and managing technical details such as the positioning of cameras, the use of lighting, and the timing and content of the film's soundtrack.

Technician: is an assistant to the production responsible for microphone placement and movement during video recording. He/she also works closely with the electrical sectionto put in the lighting set-ups necessary for a shot.

Post-Production:

Video Editing: a non-linear video editing with Final Cut Express (an application created by Apple Inc) designed for advanced editing of digital video as well as high-definition video.
