This book is a wonderful resource for anyone going through the process of divorce.
I can think of several guy friends, who are suffering quite a bit, who need this excellent primer for men on surviving all the aspects of separation and divorce.
Separation and divorce are stressful events for both men and woman. This book discusses the legal, financial and emotional issues involved from a man's perspective. It runs the gamut of issues a guy will face negative emotions, regaining a positive attitude, helping the children if any, maintaining relationships with other family members and friends, and dating other women. The book is well written by a knowledgeable author. Highly recommended.
